Abstract

The Web-based Budget Work Plan Information System that is being built is a system that will replace the old system that is still manual or still uses computerprinted hard copies. With this Web-based Budget Work Plan Information System, it is hoped that it can help improve the performance of the Planning Bureau in obtaining information and providing information related to Planning and Budgeting. This research is located at the Main Building Planning Bureau of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, literature study and interviews. The needs analysis used in this research is the PIECES needs analysis. The time needed to build this application is approximately 3 (three) months. The system was built using the PHP programming language, with the database server using MySQL. The research method used is the waterfall method, namely by planning first then analyzing the current business processes and conditions in the Planning Bureau, followed by making a new system design then implementing it and doing maintenance at a later date. The result achieved from this research is a Webbased Budget Work Plan Information System that can help the Planning Bureau analyze and make an inventory of all the work unit needs in the regions throughout Indonesia. Key words: research, guidance, information system, universitas mercu buana Sistem Informasi Rencana Kerja Anggaran berbasis Web yang sedang dibangun ini adalah Sistem yang akan menggantikan sistem lama yang masih bersifat manual atau masih menggunakan hard copy hasil cetakan komputer. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Rencana Kerja Anggaran berbasis Web ini makan diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja Biro Perencanaan dalam mendapatkan informasi dan memberikan informasi terkait Perencananaan dan Penganggaran. Penelitian ini berlokasi pada Biro Perencanaan Gedung Utama Kejaksaan Agung RI. Teknik Pengumpulan Data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Wawancara. Analisis kebutuhan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kebutuhan PIECES. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun aplikasi ini kurang lebih 3 (tiga) bulan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan database server menggunakan MySQL. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall yaitu dengan melakukan perencanaan dahulu kemudian melakukan analisis terhadap proses bisnis yang berjalan dan keadaan yang ada di Biro Perencanaan yang dilanjutkan dengan membuat rancangan Sistem yang baru kemudian melakukan implementasi dan seterusnya dilakukan pemeliharaan dikemudian hari. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Rencana Kerja Anggaran berbasis Web yang dapat membantu Biro Perencanaan menganalisa dan menginventaris semua kebutuhan satuan kerja yang ada didaerah yang berada diseluruh Indonesia.
