Abstract

This study aims to assess on interpersonal communication commuter marriage established type in defending marriage, the things that arise in communication, conflict resolution carried the couple. Data collection techniques with purposive sampling, from 8 wives of the couple commuter marriage established type because of the type of work, to criteria mating period of more than 13 years, the frequency of at least 1 week met once and have children. The results indicate maintain communication and interpersonal relationship can sustain a marriage for couples commuter marraige established type as a commitment and purpose of their marriage. Conflict management is a positive effect without damaging the relationship. The development of information technology makes it easy to access communication with each other so that the difference in time and distance and time does not become an obstacle.
