Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, there were many changes made by public transportation operators that might change the level of satisfaction of public transportation users. This study examines the level of satisfaction of the Transjakarta user, mainly corridor 3 with the Kalideres – Pasar Baru route. The method used is a direct survey in the field, in addition to reveal the level of satisfaction of service users, this study also examines the suitability of Transjakarta services with DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 13 of 2019 and DKI Jakarta Transportation Decree Number 156 of 2020. Distribution of questionnaires regarding the performance of Transjakarta services Corridor 3 Kalideres – Pasar Baru is also carried out directly to service users which is then processed using the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) calculation method. After the processing, the results obtained from the IPA method are that there are 8 service attributes that must be improved, it is also found that the performance variable and the importace variable have a perfect correlation. Keywords: Transjakarta Kalideres Pasarbaru, Importance Level, Performance Level, IPA method Pada masa pandemic Covid-19 ini ada banyak perubahan yang dilakukan oleh operator transportasi umum yang mungkin membuat tingkat kepuasan pengguna transportasi umum berubah. Penelitian ini memeriksa tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa transportasi Transjakarta koridor 3 dengan rute Kalideres – Pasar Baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey langsung pada lapangan, selain untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa, penelitian ini juga memeriksa kesesuaian pelayanan Transjakarta yang dengan peraturan Gubernur DKI Jakarta Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 dan keputusan Perhubungan DKI Jakarta Nomor 156 Tahun 2020. Penyebaran kuesioner mengenai kinerja pelayanan Transjakarta Koridor 3 Kalideres – Pasar Baru juga dilakukan secara langsung kepada pengguna jasa yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). Setelah dilakukan pengolahan, didapatkan hasil dari metode IPA yaitu ada 8 atribut pelayanan yang harus diperbaiki, ditemukan juga bahwa variabel kinerja dan variabel kepentingan mempunyai korelasi yang sempurna.
