Abstract
The Effect of Production Planning and Budgetary on the Effectiveness of Controlling Production Cost This study is called "The Effect of Production Planning and Budgetary on the Effectiveness of Controlling Production Cost (Studied at PT Sinar Sosro – Cakung Factory)". The purpose of this study was to examine whether there are impacts on production planning and budgetary control against the effectiveness of controlling production costs. Data was collected through questionnaires that were distributed to employees from the Production, Qc, Purchasing, PIPB and Accounting departments; also chosen samples from administrative level to the general manager at PT Sinar Sosro - Cakung in total of 67 people. The data in this study was analyzed using a linear regression model, which was supported by the application program SPSS version 21. Results from this study showed that the influence of production planning has no positive effect on the effectiveness of controlling production costs at PT. Sinar Sosro - Cakung, whereas the budgetary has positive effect on the effectiveness of controlling production cost at PT. Sinar Sosro - Cakung
