Abstract

The foundation is the lowest part of the building that continues the burden of the building to the ground or rocks beneath it (Hary Christady Hardiyatmo, 2011). The design of foundation depens of the type soil and weight of structure. In this study an evaluation was carried out to ensure the design of the T105 foundation was in accordance with the design standards. Location of tank foundation T105 in the Nipa Oil Storage Terminal Project, where the project site was reclaimed in 2004. The design must according national or international standard. The calculation in this study including analysis of axial capacity in single pile and group piles, analysis of lateral pile capacity and analysis of settlement in the foundation. The calculation for the tank foundation design with safety factor 3. The result is tank foundation T105 achive requirement according code and standard. Fondasi adalah bagian terendah dari bangunan yang meneruskan beban bangunan ke tanah atau batuan yang ada dibawahnya (Hary Christady Hardiyatmo, 2011). Penentuan jenis fondasi disesuaikan dengan kondisi existing tanah pada lokasi proyek maupun beban struktur yang akan dipikulnya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi untuk memastikan desain fondasi T105 sudah sesuai dengan standar dalam mendesain. Fondasi T105 terdapat pada Proyek Nipa Oil Storage Terminal, dimana lokasi proyek tersebut telah dilakukan reklamasi pada tahun 2004. Sehingga desain fondasi harus dipastikan memenuhi kriteria yang ada. Penelitian ini memperhitungkan analisa daya dukung axial tiang tunggal maupun group, analisa daya dukung lateral dan penurunan yang terjadi pada fondasi tersebut dengan safety factor 3. Hasil penelitian ini fondasi tangki T105 memenuhi syarat sesuai code and standard yang berlaku.
