Abstract

Supplier performance is very important to the company because it will be affect a company performances, therefore, a company must evaluate supplier effectively and continuously. When evaluate supplier performances, it will be based on criteria that has value added for current condition and in the future. This research has the purpose to have a top-down supplier based on criteria with Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Supplier classification is based on the suppliers which already have contract agreement with the company. From research of PT Coal Trading Indonesia, supplier evaluation is based on infrastructure, quality, the mine, delivery, logistics, document and services. Criteria infrastructure is have more Weight value and the lowest weight value is service. Criteria of quality and mine have weight value about the same.
