Abstract

ABSTRACT This research has goal to design and build the Revenue of Accounting Information Systems which is computerized in order to produce the quality of information in “Keenan Farma”. The recording of revenue system in the "Keenan Farma" at the time still use the manual registry of system, so the quality of information produced less qualified. The object of this research is data related to design and build the Revenue of Accounting Information Systems at the "Keenan Farma" workshop (it is mean bengkel). In designing and building the Revenue of Accounting Information Systems, methods can be use by the author is object which oriented design methods. In this method, the authors use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to support the design of orientation objects. Diagrams is used by authors like Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram and Activity Diagram to visualize the construction of object-based on system. The result of this research is on the rise and revenue of accounting information systems which computerized at the "Keenan Farma" workshop, produced of the quality of information more quality, for example information more easy with retrieval stock items, customer data, until report of revenues that can be presented in real time. Besides, application program can be use easily and studied by the user, simplw like pressing the enter key to moving the cursor from textbox sequentially, and no need to use the mouse longer relatively. Keywords : accounting information system, revenue cycle, design of object oriented ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pendapatan yang telah terkomputerisasi agar dapat menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas pada apotek “Keenan Farma”. Sistem pencatatan pendapatan pada apotek “Keenan Farma” saat ini masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan secara manual, sehingga kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan kurang berkualitas. Objek penelitian ini adalah data-data yang berhubungan unuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pendapatan pada apotek “Keenan Farma”. Dalam merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pendapatan, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode perancangan berorientasi objek. Pada metode ini, penulis menggunakan perangkat Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk mendukung Perancangan berorietasi objek. Diagram yang digunakan oleh penulis diantaranya Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram dan Activity Diagram untuk menvisualisasi kontruksi dari sistem berbasis objek. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan di bangunnya sistem informasi akuntansi pendapatan yang terkomputerisasi pada apotek “Keenan Farma”, kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan jauh lebih berkualitas, ditandai dengan mudahnya pengambilan informasi stok barang, data pelanggan, sampai laporan pendapatan yang dapat disajikan secara real time. Selain itu penggunaan program aplikasi dapat mudah digunakan dan dipelajari oleh user, dengan cukup menekan tombol enter untuk berpindah kursor antar textbox secara berurutan, tidak perlu menggunakan mouse yang relative lebih lama. ` Kata Kunci: sistem informasi akuntansi, siklus pendapatan, perancangan berorientasi objek
