Analisis Pengaruh Profitabilitas (ROA), Leverange (DER), Ukuran perusahaan (Size), dan Dewan Komisaris Terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Farmasi Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2010 s/d 2014) Oleh: Nama : Alfian Tanjung NIM : 43214310024 ABSTRACT This research aim to know the influence of profitability, leverage, size, and board of commissioners of corporate social responsibility (CSR). This research use secondary data were taken annual report pharmaceutical sector companies listed Indonesia Stock Exchange. 7 companies selected as research sample on the period of 2010 until 2014 by using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS v. 22, where previous data was measured using classic assumption test. The results of this research indicate that profitability, leverage, and size does not significantly effect the disclosure of social responsibility, while board commissioners significantly effect the social responsibility disclosure. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan (Annual Report) perusahaan sektor farmasi yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 7 perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor farmasi dengan periode tahun 2010 s/d 2014 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS v. 22 dimana sebelumnya data telah diukur menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, leverange, dan size tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial, sedangkan dewan komisaris berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, leverange, size, dan dewan komisaris terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan.
