Abstract

This study aims to examine and examine the effect of financial performance, corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance on firm value. The data used in this research is secondary data. This research data was taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and IICG institutions.The object of this study is that all companies go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and are included in the CGPI ranking given by IICG for the 2012-2015 period. Based on purposive sampling method, obtained 30 companies as samples during 2012- 2016. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 20, where the dependent variable is the company's value (measured by Tobin’s Q), and the independent variables are ROE, CSR, and CGPI.The results of this study indicate that: 1. Financial performance affects the value of the company. 2. Corporate Social Responsibility affects the value of the company. 3.
