Abstract
TPST Bantargebang is downstream of the cycle of waste management in the area of Jakarta. With the volume of waste generated reaches the range of 6500 tons / day and maximum TPST capacity reaches 2000 tons / day, TPST Bantargebang potentially overloaded trash heap. Therefore, it has developed management systems that produce refined products that benefit economically from the composition of organic waste by 65% and the remaining inorganic for every ton of waste that goes, the manager Bantargebang able to produce compost, plastic ore and electricity, although not significant in reducing load of rubbish heap. So it is necessary to improve the business processes in the waste management system. This business process improvement using Model-Based and Integrated Process Improvement (MIPI) which is incorporated in the method of mapping stage process framework using IDEF0 as a preliminary step in the business process redesign. Results of this research is a process that berajalan modeling and design of system integration that enables multiple interconnected business processes in synergy with each other and share resources and can meet the needs of each stakeholder.
