Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology in this era of globalization, the Website becomes an important part for companies, one of which is to promote the products of a company. Design of Web-Based Postpaid Card Sales Information System at Grapari Telkomsel Bintaro aims to make it easier for customers to obtain official service information from grapari service offices that were previously known by word of mouth, brochures, and from Telkomsel call centers so that they do not save time, and provide postpaid card ordering services. online which previously could only be done at each Grapari Telkomsel branch office. Here the author makes it easy for companies to deliver service information, and can increase revenue from online sales. This final project aims to design a website on the Grapari Telkomsel Bintaro branch, the website contains company information, product descriptions, complaints, as well as online postpaid card sales that previously the service office did not have a website and was only done offline. In this study, the system development method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development), and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool for designing systems. The implementation of post-payment card sales information system design is expected to be compatible with the needs of both users (customers) and admin staff. Keywords: Website Design, Postpaid Card, E-Commerce Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat di era globalisasi ini, Website menjadi bagian yang penting untuk perusahaan, salah satunya adalah untuk mempromosikan produk dari suatu perusahaan. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Kartu Pascabayar Berbasis Web Pada Grapari Telkomsel Bintaro bertujuan untuk mempermudah pelanggan memperoleh informasi layanan resmi dari kantor layanan grapari yang sebelumnya diketahui dari mulut ke mulut, brosur, maupun dari call center Telkomsel sehingga tidak menghemat waktu, serta penyediaan layanan pemesanan kartu pascabayar secara online yang sebelumnya hanya bisa dilakukan di setiap kantor cabang Grapari Telkomsel. Disini penulis mempermudah perusahaan dalam penyampaian informasi layanan, serta dapat menambah penghasilan dari penjualan online. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah web pada Grapari Telkomsel cabang Bintaro, didalam website tersebut memuat tentang informasi perusahaan, deskripsi produk, pengaduan / complaint, serta penjualan kartu paskabayar secara online yang sebelumnya kantor layanan tersebut tidak mempunyai website dan hanya dilakukan secara offline. Pada penelitian ini, metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah RAD (Rapid Application Development), serta UML (Unified Modeling Language) sebagai tool untuk merancang sistem. Penerapan perancangan sistem informasi penjualan kartu pascabayar berbasis ini diharapkan dapat berkesesuaian dengan kebutuhan baik user (pelanggan) maupun staff admin.
