Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ketiga variabel yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor pusat PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 74 responden yang dipilih secara accidental sampling dari karyawan tetap PT. Waskita Karya (Persero). Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waskita Karya (Persero), pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waskita Karya (Persero), kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waskita Karya (Persero) dan secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waskita Karya (Persero). Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengembangan Karir, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the three variables: leadership style, career development and job satisfaction on employee performance headquarters at PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Samples taken in this study amounted to 74 respondents selected by accidental sampling of employees of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero). The results showed partial leadership style positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Waskita Karya (Persero), career development positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Waskita Karya (Persero), job satisfaction positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) and simultaneously leadership style, career development and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees of PT Waskita Karya (Persero).
