Abstract
Resilience is an individual's ability to deal with stress, so that it can overcome the occurrence of anxiety and depression easily. Resilience and stress are closely related, and the two are an inseparable unit. This study aims to determine the effect of resilience on work stress in members of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya. This research is a quantitative research. The data collection technique in this study was using an online questionnaire via google form with a sample size of 120 people. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a negative and significant effect between resilience and work stress on members of the Special Criminal Investigation Unit (Dit Reskrimsus) of Polda Metro Jaya, which means that the more a person has resilience, the work stress will decrease, and vice versa when someone has resilience. low, work stress will increase. Keywords: resilience, work stress, police, special criminal investigations for Polda Metro Jaya Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan individu untuk menghadapi stres, sehingga dapat mengatasi terjadinya mudah cemas dan depresi. Ketahanan dan stres terkait erat, dan keduanya merupakan unit yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap stres kerja pada anggota Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Metro Jaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner online melalui google form dengan jumlah sampel 120 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang negatif dan singnifikan antara resiliensi dan stres kerja pada anggota Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Dit Reskrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya yang artinya semakin seseorang memiliki resiliensi maka stres kerja akan menurun, dan sebaliknya ketika seseorang memiliki resiliensi yang rendah maka stres kerja akan meningkat.
