Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of Psychology Selection Results and Academic Selection Results towards learning achievement. The Object of this research is Lembaga Sandi Negara 2015’s Sandiman Dasar Education and Training participants, batch no. 180 until 188 with the amount of 196 people. The independent variable in this research is Psychology Selection Results and Academy Selection Results, while the dependent variable is learning achievement. The data analysis of this research uses a classical assumption test and a multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that either partially or simultaneously the Psychology Selection Results and the Academy Selection Results affect the learning achievement significantly. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Hasil Seleksi Psikologi dan Hasil Seleksi Akademik terhadap Prestasi Belajar. Obyek penelitiannya adalah Peserta Diklat Sandiman Dasar Angkatan Ke-180 sampai dengan Angkatan Ke-188 Lembaga Sandi Negara TA.2015 sebanyak 196 orang. Variabel Independen adalah Hasil Seleksi Psikologi dan Hasil Seleksi Akademik, sedangkan Variabel dependennya Prestasi Belajar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun parsial variable Hasil Seleksi Psikologi dan variable Hasil Seleksi Akademik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar. Kata kunci : Hasil Seleksi Psikologi, Hasil Seleksi Akademik, Prestasi Belajar.
