Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of stress and learning organization on the work performance of "XYZ" Institution employees during the Pandemic. This research is a comparative causal research using quantitative research methods. The number of samples that are the subject of the study are 111 respondents from a population of 527 employees of the XYZ Institute Jakarta office with purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of stress on employee performance; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of learning organization on employee work performance; (3) there is a positive and significant effect of stress and organizational learning simultaneously on employee work performance. Learning organizations have the greatest influence on employee performance. Management at the "XYZ" Institute is advised to pay attention to stress management and improve the application of learning organizations to improve employee performance Keywords : Stress, Learning Organization, Work Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stres dan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Lembaga “XYZ” pada masa Pandemi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal komparatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif Jumlah sampel yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah sebanyak 111 orang responden dari populasi 527 pegawai Lembaga XYZ kantor Jakarta dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisa dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan stres terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan stres dan organisasi pembelajaran secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Organisasi pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Manajemen di Lembaga “XYZ” disarankan untuk memperhatikan pengelolaan stres dan meningkatkan penerapan organasisasi pembelajaran untuk menaikkan prestasi kerja pegawai.
