Abstract

The government continues to push for the completion of the construction of the Trans Sumatra toll road, one of which is the Indralaya - Muara Enim Intersection, the Indralaya - Prabumulih intersection section. In the construction of the Simpang Indralaya – Prabumulih toll road, the route of the toll road passes through swampland, so a pile slab construction with a pile foundation of D. 60 cm and a precast full slab is used for the superstructure. At the pile slab location STA 0+445 – 0+550 there is a toll road route that passes through the lake, so it is necessary to choose an effective and efficient full slab erection method on water. In this study, the authors conducted a survey at the erection site above the lake to determine the conditions, terrain and challenges at the site, so as to determine the erection method to be used. There are 3 methods used in this study, namely: the erection method with a crane from the top of the pile head, the erection method with a launcher gantry, and the erection method with a crane from the top of the pontoon, where each method has advantages and disadvantages both in terms of cost and duration. her job. For this reason, the author uses unit price analysis from the implementing contractor and Microsoft Excel in the process of calculating costs and duration. The results of the analysis and calculations show that the cost of full slab erection with a crane from the top of the pile head is Rp. 1,549,750, while the launcher gantry method is Rp. 2.235.225, and the crane method from the top of the pontoon is Rp. 2,175,530. From the calculation of the work duration, the duration of the full slab erection work with the crane method from the top of the pile head and the launcher gantry method is 12 days, while the crane method from the top of the pontoon is 22 days, or 10 days longer than the crane method from the top of the pile head and gantry launcher method. Of the three methods of carrying out full slab erection on the lake, based on the calculation of the cost and duration of the work, the most effective and efficient method was found using a crane from above the pile head at a cost of Rp. Rp. 1,549,750 and the duration of work is 12 days. Keywords: Cost, Crane, Duration, Effective, Efficient, Erection, Launcher, Method, Pontoon Pemerintah terus berupaya mendorong penyelesaian pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera salah satunya ruas Simpang Indralaya – Muara Enim, seksi Simpang Indralaya – Prabumulih. Pada pembangunan jalan tol Simpang Indralaya – Prabumulih, trase jalan tol melewati tanah rawa, sehingga digunakan konstruksi pile slab dengan pondasi tiang pancang D. 60 cm dan precast full slab untuk struktur atasnya. Pada lokasi pile slab STA 0+445 – 0+550 terdapat trase jalan tol yang melewati danau, sehingga diperlukan pemilihan metode erection full slab diatas air yang efektif dan efisien. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan survei di lokasi erection di atas danau untuk mengetahui kondisi, medan dan tantangan di lokasi, sehingga dapat menentukan metode erection yang akan digunakan. Ada 3 metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu : metode erection dengan crane dari atas pile head, metode erection dengan launcher gantry, dan metode erection dengan crane dari atas ponton, dimana masing-masing metode memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan baik dari segi biaya maupun durasi pekerjaannya. Untuk itu penulis menggunakan analisa harga satuan dari kontraktor pelaksana dan microsoft excel dalam proses perhitungan biaya dan durasi. Hasil analisa dan perhitungan didapatkan biaya erection full slab dengan crane dari atas pile head adalah Rp. 1.549.750, sedangkan dengan metode launcher gantry sebesar Rp. 2.235.225, dan metode crane dari atas ponton sebesar Rp. 2.175.530. Dari perhitungan durasi pekerjaan didapatkan durasi pekerjaan erection full slab dengan metode crane dari atas pile head dan metode launcher gantry adalah selama 12 hari, sedangkan dengan metode crane dari atas ponton selama 22 hari, atau lebih lama 10 hari dari metode crane dari atas pile head dan metode launcher gantry. Dari ketiga metode pelaksanaan erection full slab di atas danau, berdasarkan perhitungan biaya dan durasi pekerjaan didapatkan metoder yang paling efektif dan efisien adalah menggunakan crane dari atas pile head dengan biaya sebesar Rp. Rp. 1.549.750 dan durasi pekerjaan selama 12 hari. Kata Kunci : Biaya, Crane, Durasi, Efektif, Efisien, Erection, Launcher, Metode, Ponton
