Abstract

In the industry especially pharmaceutical, supplier selection process is a strategic issue and important because of supplier selection is a strategic activity, especially if the supplier will supply critical items and / or will be used in the long term. Failure in the supplier selection can be very crucial, because it can directly impact the continuity of the production process. Decision making of supplier selection that currently applied in the company is intuitive so that there is no consistency in the supplier selection criteria used. To overcome these problems, then the purpose of this study is to determine priority goods / services to be supplied and to select proper supplier based on the specified criteria so that the risk of error of supplier selection can be minimized. In this study the method to be used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process - Opportunity Cost Benefit Risk (ANP-BOCR). ANP is the development of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) then combined with BOCR analysis of the results obtained more optimal decision because it considers the aspect Benefit, Opportunity, Cost and Risk in the supplier selection process. Based on the results of data processing by using AHP obtained by weighting of criteria as follow: the criteria priority that have an important role in determining the goods / services to be supplied, namely price and quality (35.09%) and the alternative priority of goods / services to be supplied at the pharmaceutical product manufacturing company is raw material (25.38%). The results of supplier selection priority data using ANP BOCR method obtained the criteria of advances in supplier technology have the greatest realistic value and the supplier A is the supplier that have the greatest realistic weight and most deserve to be supplier of raw material (sodium chloride) for companies. Dalam dunia industri khususnya farmasi, proses pemilihan pemasok merupakan isu strategis dan penting karena pemilihan pemasok merupakan kegiatan strategis, terutama apabila pemasok tersebut akan memasok item yang kritis dan/atau akan digunakan dalam jangka panjang. Kesalahan dalam pemilihan pemasok dapat menjadi hal yang sangat krusial, karena dapat berakibat langsung terhadap kelangsungan proses produksi. Pengambilan keputusan pemilihan pemasok yang saat ini dijalankan perusahaan masih bersifa t intuitif sehingga tidak terdapat konsistensi d alam kriteria pemilihan pemasok yang digunakan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan prioritas barang/jasa yang akan dipasok dan untuk memilih pemasok dengan tepat berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan sehingga resiko terjadinya kesalahan pemilihan pemasok dapat diminimalkan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang akan digunakan adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Analytic Network Process – Benefit Opportunity Cost Risk (ANP-BOCR). ANP merupakan pengembangan dari metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) kemudian dikombinasikan dengan analisis BOCR maka hasil keputusan yang diperoleh lebih optimal karena mempertimbangkan aspek Benefit, Opportunity, Cost dan Risk dalam proses pemilihan pemasok. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode AHP diperoleh bobot kriteria sebagai berikut : prioritas kriteria yang memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan barang/jasa yang dipasok yaitu harga dan kualitas (35,09%) dan Prioritas alternatif barang/jasa yang akan dipasok di perusahaan manufaktur produk farmasi adalah bahan baku (25,38%). Hasil pengolahan data prioritas pemilihan pemasok dengan menggunakan metode ANP BOCR diperoleh kriteria kemajuan teknologi pemasok yang memiliki nilai realistic paling besar dan pemasok A merupakan pemasok yang memiliki nilai realistic yang paling besar dan paling memungkinkan menjadi pemasok bahan baku (natrium klorida) untuk perusahaan.
