Abstract

The development of Information Technology is very rapid, with this development Technology has become a necessity for many people to get information. One of the uses of Information Technology can be used as a place to sell UKM business products. Some UKM in Karang Taruna, Griya Permata Cisoka, have difficulty marketing their products. The website is one of the most appropriate information technologies to market their products. With a website, business people can market their products widely. Wordpress is the right choice in making a Website, business people who do not know programming can create a website using Wordpress. Because WordPress is open source and free. The research objectives of business people can develop and use the websites they make to market their products. presentation method, delivering usability material and using Wordpress and doing one-on-one training for participants from account creation to Website creation process. Most participants were very enthusiastic and were interested in using the Website as a medium to market their products and participants said this training was very useful and there were many new things they got from this training. Key words: website, Wordpress, UKM Perkembang Teknologi Informasi yang sangat pesat, dengan perkembangan ini Teknologi manjadi kebutuhan banyak orang untuk mendapatkan Informasi. Salah satunya kegunaan Teknologi Informasi bisa digunakan sebagai tempat menjual produk pelaku usaha UKM. Sebagian pelaku usaha UKM di Karang Taruna Griya Permata Cisoka memiliki kesulitan memasarkan produknya. Website menjadi salah satu Teknologi Informasi yang sangat tepat untuk memasarkan produk mereka. Dengan Website pelaku usaha bisa memasarkan produknya secara luas. Wordpress adalah pilihan yang tepat dalam pembuatan Website, pelaku usaha yang tidak mengenal pemrograman bisa membuat Website dengan menggunakan Wordpress. Karena Wordpress bersifat open source dan gratis. Tujuan penelitian pelaku usaha dapat mengembangkan dan menggunakan website yang mereka buat untuk memasarkan produk mereka. metode presentasi, menyampaikan materi kegunaan dan menggunakan Wordpress dan melakukan pelatihan satu perstu kepada peserta dari pembuatan akun sampai proses pembuatan Website. Sebagian besar peserta sangat antusis dan tertarik untuk menggunakan Website sebagai media untuk memasarkan produk dan peserta menyataka pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dan banyak hal baru yang mereka dapatkan dari pelatihan ini.
