Abstract
Kata kunci: farmasi, research and development, analis kimia, beban kerja, analisis beban kerja, full time equivalent ABSTRACT This research is accomplished by measuring the workload of Chemical analyst in the division of Technology Development R&D-Analytical Development PT. XYZ, to provide an overview of working conditions of each Chemical Analyst to determine the factors that affect and the impact of the workload on the performance of each chemical analyst. This study uses the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method to find out the workload of each Chemical Analyst by comparing the time spent to complete the work with the effective working time available. , FTE value of each Chemical Analyst obtained from the calculation is 1,00-1,12. Based on the Civil Servant Workload Analysis Guidelines from Badan Kepegawaian Negara in 2010, the FTE value meets Inload criteria. Inload criteria indicates that the workload given is in accordance with the capability of one Chemical Analyst. Keywords: pharmaceutical, research and development, chemical analyst, workload, workload analysis, full time equivalent
