Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, Motivation and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at SMK Said Na’um Jakarta both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study amounted to 31 people including teachers and principals. Data collection methods used are field research and literature. Data analysis techniques using surveys and questionnaires. The type of data used is primary data. The results of this study prove that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance of SMK Said Naum Jakarta . Motivation has a negative and not significant effect on teacher performance of SMK Said Naum Jakarta. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance of SMK Said Naum Jakarta. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Organizational Culture, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Said Naum Jakarta baik secara simultan dan parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang termasuk guru dan kepala sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dan kepustakaan. Teknik analisa data mengunakan survei dan kuisioner. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Said Naum Jakarta. Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Said Naum Jakarta. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru SMK Said Naum Jakarta.
