Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the emergence of the Covid-19 virus which required us to keep our distance. This resulted in changes in people's communication patterns from direct communication to relying more on information technology as an online. In communicating, humans cannot be separated from communication and information. To meet the need for information, encourage the emergence of various content innovations on various technology platforms. One of them is the existence of online or which are later popularly known as webinars through platform Youtube One of them is TV Edukasi which also produces webinar content to be broadcast through the Youtube channel. This study aims to determine the strategy used by TV Edukasi during the production of the Kihajar TIK Talks 2020 program during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The case study research method, the production team of the Kihajar TIK Talks 2020 program used Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling (POAC) studies to find out the stages of production carried out. The results of the study found that the strategies used by TV Edukasi to produce the Kihajar TIKTalks 2020 programduring the pandemic included the pre- production planning, namely drafting online, compiling rundowns and technical schemes, conducting research on equipment and technology to be used, and assembling a production team. stream. At the set and rehearsal were carried out system setup, technical tests and run trough. At the production stage, it is carried out using the StreamYard and Zoom applications, and a strategy for fixing the incoming schedule for the performers is carried out. In the post-production stage, the results of the show are re-edited and also evaluated as material for improving online the future. Keywords : Production Srategy, Online Talkshow, TV Edukasi, Covid-19 Pada awal tahun 2020, dunia dihebohkan dengan munculnya virus Covid-19 yang mengharuskan kita menjaga jarak Hal ini mengakibatkan perubahan pola komunikasi masyarakat dari komunikasi secara langsung menjadi lebih mengandalkan teknologi informasi sebagai media komunikasi secara online. Dalam berkomunikasi, manusia tidak dapat lepas dari komunikasi dan informasi. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan informasi tersebut, mendorong munculnya berbagai inovasi konten di berbagai platformteknologi. Salah satunya adalah adanya seminar online atau yang belakangan populer dengan sebutan webinar melalui platform Youtube. Termasuk salah satunya adalah TV Edukasi yang turut memproduksi konten webinar untuk disiarkan melalui kanal Youtube. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh TV Edukasi saat produksi program Kihajar TIK Talks 2020 saat pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian studi kasus, pada tim produksi program Kihajar TIK Talks 2020 dengan menggunakan telaah Planning, Organizing, Actuating dan Controlling (POAC) untuk mengetahui tahapan produksi yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa strategi yang digunakan TV Edukasi untuk memproduksi program Kihajar TIK Talks 2020 di masa pandemi meliputi tahapan pre production planning yaitu menyusun konsep program secara online, menyusun rundown dan skema teknis, melakukan riset peralatan dan teknologi yang akan digunakan, dan menyusun tim produksi streaming. Pada tahap set and rehearsal dilakukan set up system, uji teknis dan gladi run trough. Pada tahap produksi dilakuakan dengan menggunakan aplikasi StreamYard dan Zoom, dan dilakukan strategi pembaian jadwal masuk untuk pengisi acara. Di tahap pasca produksi dilakukan re-edit hasil tayangan dan juga evaluasi sebagai bahan untuk perbaikan SOP produksi video secara online ke depannya.
