Abstract
This study examines and analyze the influence of growth mindset, emotional intellingence, and spiritual intelligence on employee’s work achievement in PT Adhi Karya Tbk..The subject of this research is permanent employee of PT Adhi Karya Tbk with the amount of 1456 people. Sample used were determined by disproportionate stratified sampling with the sample amount of 127 people. This research used statistical analysis in the form of simple linier regression and multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS application version 23. The result of this research showed that growth mindset positively and significantly affects work achievement with the score of 0,449; emotional intelligence positively and significantly affects work achievement with the score of 0,719; spiritual intelligence positively and signficantly affects work achievement with the score of 0,721. Growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence also positively and significantly affects work achievement simultaneously with the score of 0,774. Key Words : growth mindset, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, work achievement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh growth mindset, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap prestasi kerja Pegawai Level Manajerial di PT Adhi Karya Tbk. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT Adhi Karya Tbk yang berjumlah 1564 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan disproportionate stratified sampling sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 127 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji linier sederhana dan uji linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa growth mindset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 0,449; kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 0,719; kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 0,721; serta growth mindset, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 0,774 Kata Kunci : growth mindset, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, prestasi kerja
