Abstract
This research is to know the effect of education, training and work experience on teacher performance. The object of this research is the performance of teachers in high school and vocational high school in Al-Chasanah. This study was conducted against 33 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is a regression analysis in the form of SPSS version 23. The results of this research show that education amd training variables and do not influence toward teacher performance. Work experience has a significant effect on teacher performance, this shown by the t-test Keywords: education, training, work experience, teacher performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja guru. objek penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru SMA dan SMK Al-Chasanah. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 33 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dalam bentuk SPSS versi 23. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pendidikan dan pernah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) . Kata kunci: pendidikan, pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, kinerja guru
