Abstract

ABSTRAK Didalam setiap sistem, tidak terkecuali sistem tenaga listrik, gangguan adalah hal yang harus dihindari. Berbagai macam piranti pengaman terintegrasi dan dikoordinasikan dengan peralatan lain (Circuit Breaker) yang mana diharapkan apabila terjadi gangguan maka sistem proteksi tenaga listrik harus dapat mengisolasi arus gangguan agar tidak terjadi kerusakan pada peralatan dan menjaga kontinuitas pelayanan pada bagian sistem tenaga listrik yang tidak mengalami gangguan. Arus gangguan yang mengalir pada sistem tenaga listrik menyebabkan beroperasinya rele pengaman dan menggerakkan pemutus tenaga (PMT) dimana dalam hal ini adalah Circuit Breaker sehingga terputus aliran daya yang mengalir pada saluran tersebut. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada kali ini adalah pada konfigurasi dari gardu induk yang sudah beroperasi berubah. Perubahan konfigurasi ini menyebabkan peralatan sistem proteksi yang seharusnya dapat bekerja sesuai dengan syarat – syarat beroperasinya terganggu. Metode pengambilan data langsung ke lapangan guna mengetahui kondisi di lapangan untuk mendapatkan data yang selanjutnya diolah sesuai dengan standart yang ada. Dalam proses pengolahan data akan dibahas tentang pemilihan sistem pengaman yang sesuai yang dapat digunakan untuk permasalahan gardu induk seperti yang telah disebutkan. Sistem pengaman eksisting akan dianalisa ulang syarat – syarat yang harus dipenuhi untuk dapat beroperasi secara normal. Analisa Sistem Pengaman Busbar Terhadap Dampak Kenaikan Kapasitas Penghantar Di Gitet Depok didapatkan bahwa sistem pengaman busbar harus diganti dengan tipe low impedance namun dalam proses penggantian harus memperhatikan burden current transformator dan burden kabel. Seting pada sistem pengaman tipe low impedance didapatkan pada slope 1 sebesar 34,7 % dan slope 2 sebesar 69,7 %. Kata kunci : sistem pengaman, konfigurasi gardu induk, burden, low impedance. ABSTRACT In every system, electric power systems are no exception, interference is something that must be avoided. Various kinds of safety devices are integrated and coordinated with other equipment (Circuit Breakers) which is expected that if an interruption occurs, the electrical protection system must be able to isolate the fault current so that no damage occurs to the equipment and maintain continuity of service on the part of the power system that is not disturbed. The fault current flowing in the electric power system causes the operation of the safety relay and moves the power breaker (PMT) which in this case is the Circuit Breaker so that the flow of power is cut off in the channel. The problem that occurs at this time is that the configuration of the operating substation has changed. This configuration change causes protection system equipment which should be able to work in accordance with its operating conditions are interrupted. The method of taking data directly to the field in order to find out the conditions in the field to get the data which is then processed in accordance with existing standards. In the data processing process will be discussed about the selection of an appropriate safety system that can be used for substation problems as mentioned. The existing safety system will be re-analyzed the conditions that must be met in order to operate normally. Analysis of Busbar Safety System on the Impact of Increased Capacity in Gitet Depok shows that the busbar safety system must be replaced with a low impedance type, but in the process of replacement must pay attention to the load current transformer and the cable burden. The setting of the low impedance type safety system was found in slope 1 of 34.7% and slope 2 of 69.7%. Keywords: safety system, substation configuration, burden, low impedance.
