Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of remuneration and motivation on the performance of soldiers of The Construction Engineers Battalion 11/DW Menzikon simultaneously and partial significant in improving the performance of soldiers in The Construction Engineers Battalion 11/DW Menzikon. Respondent in this research are conducted by taking samples from 84 people, the datas are collected by using a detailed questionnaire in the form of a list of questions. Datas in which work done is regression analysis of idols which using SPSS program.Whereas, variable in partial is influentialed significatially on soldiers of The Construction Engineers Battalion 11/DW Menzikon. Based on the results of regression analysis worship of idols proven that the influence of remuneration and motivation on the performance of a soldier in The Construction Engineers Battalion 11/DW Menzikon simultaneously and partial significant in improving the performance of soldiers in The Construction Engineers Battalion 11/DW Menzikon. This implications of the research is performance to be raised, especially through: presented awards to soldiers who performed well thus the loyalty of soldiers for their union will appear and also, in order to archieve the vision and mission of their union, there are need the motivation on soldiers to increase their productivity. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh remunerasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja Prajurit Batalyon Zeni Konstruksi 11/DW Menzikon secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja prajurit pada Batalyon Zeni Konstruksi 11/DW Menzikon. Responden dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 84 orang, data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner berupa daftar pertanyaan. Data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Sedangkan variable secara parsial ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja prajurit pada Batalyon Zeni Konstruksi 11/DW Menzikon. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda terbukti bahwa pengaruh remunerasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja prajurit pada Batalyon Zeni Konstruksi 11/DW Menzikon secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja prajurit pada Batalyon Zeni Konstruksi 11/DW Menzikon. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah kinerja harus ditingkatkan, terutama dengan cara: memberikan penghargaan kepada prajurit yang berprestasi sehingga akan timbul kesetiaan prajurit kepada satuannya dan juga perlu adanya motivasi kepada prajurit agar meningkatkan produktifitas sehingga visi dan misi satuan dapat tercapai. Kata kunci: remunerasi, motivasi dan kinerja prajurit.
