Abstract

The purpose of this study was to Analyza the influence of state defense training and motivation education on employee performance at Staf Personel Mabes TNI simultaneously and partially significant in improving the performance of employees at Mabes TNI. Respondents in the study conducted by taking a sample of 71 people. The data collected by using a questionnaire with a list of questions. The data used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS. While partially variables no significant effect on the performance of employees at Staf Personel Mabes TNI. Based on the result of multiple regression analysis proved that the influence of state defense training, motivation, education and training, and performance of employees simultaneously and partially significant in improving the performance of employees at Mabes TNI. The implications of this study, is the employee’s performance must be improved. Especially in terms of : encourage employee motivation either from internal factors such as the dimensions of recognition and praise the work of the work or external factors such as the dimensions of the environment indicators and relationships with co- workers. Keywords: of state defense training and motivation education on employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh pelatihan Bela Negara dan motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada ASN di Staf Personel Mabes TNI secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pagawai pada Spers TNI. Responden dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 71 orang, data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner berupa daftar pertanyaan. Data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Sedangkan variable secara parsial ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Spers TNI. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda terbukti bahwa pengaruh pelatihan Bela Negara dan motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada ASN secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Staf Personel TNI. Implikasi dari penelitian ini, adalah kinerja pegawai harus ditingkatkan, terutama dengan cara: mendorong motivasi pegawai baik dari dimensi faktor intern berupa pengakuan hasil kerja dan pujian hasil kerja maupun dimensi faktor eksternal berupa indikator lingkungan kerja dan hubungan dengan rekan kerja. Kata kunci: Pelatihan Bela Negara, Motivasi dan Kinerja Pegawai.
