Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Woodaya Natamas which decreased production efficiency during the last twelve months with the objective to analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance. Data is collected using questionnaire while data analysis using regression analysis were processed using SPSS 22. The results of the analysis of the data shows that: (i) work motivation, significantly affect the performance of the employee, (ii) the working environment, significantly affect the performance of the employee. The second independent variable (motivation and work environment) together and partial everything is significant for it can be proved that the hypothesis of performance convicted. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Performance Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Woodaya Natamas dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioneri sedangkan analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa : (i) motivasi kerja , berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan, (ii) lingkungan kerja, berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua variable bebas (motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja) secara bersama dan parsial semuanya berpengaruh nyata untuk itu dapat dibuktikan bahwa hipotesis kinerja dinyatakan terbukti.
