Abstract
This research aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture, motivation and stress on the productivity of employees. The sample in this research was 120 employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Jakarta Center Loan Division. For a sampling technique in this study using simple random sampling method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Validity item was tested with Pearson product moment correlation coefficient while reliability was tested by Cronbach Alpha formula Data were analyzed using regression, multiple linear regression, with the help of statistical software SPSS version 22. Based on the analysis either simultaneously showed that organizational culture, motivation and stress effect significantly influence employee productivity. Significance (0.000) <α = 0.05. Organizational culture has a more dominant influence in affecting the increase in employee productivity. Very strong correlation occurred between the dimensions of the customer orientation of organizational culture variables with variable dimensions of effectiveness of employee productivity. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Stress, Employee Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi dan stress terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 pegawai di PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Divisi Loan Center Jakarta. Untuk teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Validitas butir aitem diuji dengan korelasi product moment pearson sedangkan koefisien reliabilitas diuji dengan rumus Cronbach Alpha Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi, regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis baik secara simultan menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi dan stress berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Dengan signifikansi (0,000) < α = 0,05. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan produktivitas pegawai. Korelasi sangat kuat terjadi antara Dimensi orientasi pelanggan dari variabel budaya organisasi dengan dimensi efektivitas dari variabel produktivitas pegawai Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, Stress, Produktivitas Pegawai
