Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Penerapan Teknologi Informasi dan Kompetensi Pengguna terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan teknologi informasi dan kompetensi pengguna. Sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey PT Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Jonggol dengan responden yang dituju adalah seluruh karyawan yang mendapat training pelatihan yang sama. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner dengan metode jenuh. Terdapat 45 kuesioner disebar, 36 kembali dan 36 kuesioner yang dapat di analisis. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji analisis deskriptif , uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji analisis cfa (confirmatory factor analysis), uji outer model, uji goodness of fit model dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan Struktural Equation Model dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, dan kompetensi pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Kata Kunci : Penerapan Teknologi Informasi, Kompetensi Pengguna, Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi ABSTRACT This research was conducted to prove empirically the influence of the Application of Information Technology and User Competence on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems. The dependent variable used in this study is the application of information technology and user competencies. While the dependent variable in this study is the effectiveness of accounting information systems. This study uses a survey method of PT Indomarco Prismatama Jonggol Branch with the intended respondents are all employees who received the same training. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the saturated method. There were 45 questionnaires distributed, 36 returned and 36 questionnaires that could be analyzed. Data processing was performed using descriptive analysis test, validity and reliability test, cfa analysis test (confirmatory factor analysis), outer model test, goodness of fit model test and hypothesis test with the help of Structural Equation Model with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Based on the results of this study indicate that the application of technology has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, and user competence has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems.
