Abstract

ABSTRAK Omah Kaos merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang konveksi seragam kerja. Pada periode bulan Juli-Desember 2018 Omah Kaos mengalami permasalahan dalam hal produktivitas yang mengakibatkan produksi tidak tercapai. Untuk itu Omah Kaos perlu mengukur tingkat produktivitas agar dapat mengetahui penyebab ketidakstabilan produktivitas dan ingin mencari solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Untuk itu metode Objective Matrix dibuat dalam beberapa rasio atau kriteria agar dapat diketahui faktor yang paling mempengaruhi rendahnya produktivitas perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan rasio produktivitas menghasilkan indikator performansi pada bulan juli sebesar 2,85, bulan agustus sebesar 2,6, bulan september sebesar 1,5, bulan oktober sebesar 0,9, bulan november sebesar 4,5, dan bulan desember sebesar 2,3. Hal tersebut dapat tercapai karena dipengaruhi dari pencapaian skor pada setiap rasio. Sehingga diperoleh rasio terendah pada rasio 6 dengan jumlah tenaga kerja absen terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja. Salah satu metode yang dapat mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya penurunan produktivitas pada lantai produksi yaitu dengan menggunakan metode FTA (Fault Tree Analysis). Kata kunci: Produktivitas, Objective Matrix (OMAX), dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). ABSTRACT Omah Kaos is a company engaged in the convection uniform work. In the period of July-December 2018 Omah Kaos experienced problems in terms of productivity resulting in production is not achieved. Therefore Omah Kaos needs to measure the level of productivity in order to know the causes of productivity instability and want to find solutions to the problem. For that Objective Matrix method is made in several ratios or criteria in order to be known factors that best affect the low productivity of the company. The result of the productivity ratio, resulting in a performance indicator in July of 2.85, in August of 2.6, September of 1.5, October is 0.9, November of 4.5, and the month of December is 2.3. This can be achieved because it is influenced by the achievement of scores at each ratio. Thus the lowest ratio is achieved at the ratio of 6 with the number of workers absent from the workforce. One method that can identify the cause of productivity reduction on the production floor is using the FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) method.
