Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-adjustment and psychological well-being on the work stress of PT. Nugraha Eka Courier Line. Subjects in this study amounted to 119 respondents. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, where the sampling technique of the research population is based on certain characteristics and characteristics to achieve research objectives. The self-adjustment measuring instrument consists of 40 questions with a reliability of 0.955. Psychological well-being measuring instrument consists of 24 questions with a reliability of 0.909. The measuring tool for work stress consists of 30 questions with a reliability value of 0.931. Analysis The data used for this research is multiple regression analysis test technique because it wants to see the magnitude of the effect that will be seen between 2 independent variables on 1 dependent variable. This study states that the significance for the stimulant effect of X1 & X2 on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and F count 104.951 > F table 3.07 so that there is a stimulant effect between X1 & X2 on the Y variable. Keywords: Adjustment, Psychological Well-being, work stress Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara penyesuaian diri dan psychological well-being terhadap stres kerja karyawan PT. Jalur Nugraha Eka Kurir. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 119 responden. Metode Sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel dari populasi penelitian yang didasarkan atas ciri-ciri dan suatu karakteristik tertentu untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Alat ukur penyesuaian diri terdiri dari 40 butir pentanyaan dengan reabilitas sebesar 0,955. Alat ukur Psychological well-being terdiri dari 24 butir pertanyaan dengan reabilitas sebesar 0,909. Alat ukur stres kerja terdiri dari 30 butir pertanyaan dengan nilai reabilitas sebesar 0,931. Analisa Data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah Teknik uji analisis regresi berganda karena ingin melihat besaran pengaruh yang akan dilihat antara 2 variabel bebas pada 1 variabel terikat. Pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa signifikasi untuk pengaruh X1 & X2 secara stimulant terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan F hitung 104,951 > F tabel 3,07 sehingga terdapat pengaruh antara X1 & X2 secara stimulan terhadap variabel Y.
