Abstract
ABSTRAK Motivasi dan kepuasan kerja sangat berkaitan langsung dengan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi dan kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dapat menurunkan ataupun menaikkan kinerja karyawan. Karyawan yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaan yang diperoleh akan termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja sehingga akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Mabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan metode JDS (Job Diagnostic Survey).Sebagai variabel independen, yaitu motivasi dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi dan pengujian hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat dijadikan pedoman, baik oleh pihak manajemen perusahaan dalam pengelolaan perusahaan Kata kunci : Motivasi, Kepuasan kerja, Kinerja karyawan dan Metode JDS (Job Diagnostic Survey). ABSTRACT Motivation and job satisfaction are very directly related to employee performance. Motivation and job satisfaction felt by employees can reduce or increase employee performance. Employees who are satisfied with the work obtained will be motivated to improve performance so that it will have an impact on improving overall company performance.This research was conducted at PT Mabel. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The number of samples determined was 60 respondents using the JDS (Job Diagnostic Survey) method. As an independent variable, namely motivation and job satisfaction, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The analysis used includes the validity test, reliability test, regression test and hypothesis testing.The results of this study show that motivational variables have an effect on and significant on employee performance, job satisfaction has an effect and significant on employee performance.
