Abstract
Job satisfaction is an individual mechanism that directly affect the performance and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment to employee performance Akpar NHI. Bandung, separately or together sama. Survey uses quantitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques. It consists of three variables of the study; job satisfaction (X1), organizational commitment (X2). and employee performance variable (Y). The collection of data through a survey method using observation, interview and questionnaire. The sampling method using sampling techniques saturated/census. And a questionnaire distributed to all employees Akpar NHI. Bandung to respondents amounted to 60 people. For the processing of data by multiple regression method, first tested the validity and reliability test, test the classical assumption of normality test, multicollinearity and test heterokedastisitas. to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination, to see the strength of the relationship between dimensions using correlation. The first hypothesis (H1) proved, that there is a significant positive influence job satisfaction variables on employee performance Akpar NHI. Bandung, to the degree of influence the quality of job satisfaction at the level strong enough.The second hypothesis (H2) proved, that there is a significant positive influence variable organizational commitment to employee performance Akpar NHI. Bandung. The degree of influence at the level of quality is quite strong. The third hypothesis (H3) proved, that there is a significant positive effect of simultaneous variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance Akpar NHI. Bandung. Simultaneous effect of two independent variables in the regression model of 54.70% is strong enough to employee performance. Or in other words that the model is able to explain 54.7% variance (variation) of employee performance changes Akpar NHI. Bandung. Mean while, the amount of 45.30% diversity changes in employee performance is explained by other variables outside the research model. Key words : Job satisfaction. Commitmen Organizational and Job performance. Kepuasan kerja adalah salah suatu mekanisme individual yang seacara lansung mempengaruhi kinerja dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Akpar NHI. Bandung, secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif survei, dengan teknik analisa deskriptif. Terdiri dari tiga variabel penelitian ; kepuasan kerja (X1) , komitmen organisasi (X2). dan variabel kinerja pegawai (Y). Pengumpulan data melalui metode survei menggunakan observasi, interview dan kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik sampling jenuh/sensus. Dan kuesioner didistribusikan kepada seluruh pegawai Akpar NHI. Bandung untuk responden yang berjumlah 60 orang. Untuk pengolahan data dengan metode analisis regresi berganda, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heterokedastisitas. untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi, untuk melihat kuat lemahnya hubungan antar dimensi menggunakan uji korelasi. Hipotesis pertama (H1) terbukti, yaitu ada pengaruh positif signifikan variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Akpar NHI. Bandung, untuk derajat kualitas pengaruh kepuasan kerja berada pada level cukup kuat. Hipotesis kedua (H2) terbukti, yaitu ada pengaruh positif signifikan variabel komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Akpar NHI. Bandung. Derajat kualitas pengaruh berada pada level cukup kuat. Hipotesis ketiga (H3) terbukti, yaitu ada pengaruh simultan positif signifikan variabel kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Akpar NHI. Bandung. Pengaruh simultan dua variabel independen pada model regresi sebesar 54,70 % adalah cukup kuat terhadap kinerja pegawai. Atau dengan kata lain bahwa model mampu menjelaskan sebesar 54,7 % keragaman (variasi) perubahan kinerja pegawai Akpar NHI. Bandung. Sementara itu, besaran 45,30 % keragaman perubahan kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian. Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, dan Kinerja.
