Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and examine the influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Compensation for Employee Performance in Class I Immigration Office, Central Jakarta. This problem was taken because the ranks of Immigration in particular the Office of Immigration Class I, Central Jakarta is the Implementation Unit Technical (UPT) that specifically serve the public in the field of immigration, which raised public demand for maximum service from employees should be encouraged and influenced by factors Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Compensation. The method used is a method in which the census survey respondents are all employees within the Immigration Office in Central Jakarta Class I as much as 105 employees. The required data obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents. While the gauge data used is multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that the Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Compensation positive effect on the performance Employees at Class I Immigration Office, Central Jakarta. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Compensation and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Jakarta Pusat. Permasalahan ini diambil dikarenakan jajaran Imigrasi khususnya Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Jakarta Pusat adalah Unit Pelaksana Tehnis (UPT) yang secara khusus melayani masyarakat di Bidang Keimigrasian, dimana timbul tuntutan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang maksimal dari pegawai yang harus didorong dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Sensus dimana responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai dilingkungan Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Jakarta Pusat sebanyak 105 pegawai. Data yang dibutuhkan didapat melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden tersebut. Sedangkan alat pengukur data yang dipergunakan adalah Regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif kepada kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Jakarta Pusat. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kinerja Pegawai.
