Abstract

Factor influence the performance an employee are salary, insentif and benefit. This paper discusses the influence that factor on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Unit Unorganic Loan . The population in this study were all employees of the Unit Unorganic Loan totaling 50 people.Sampling studies using non- probability sampling with saturated sampling technique that all members of the population used as a sample.The research data obtained by observation, interview, literature study and questionnaire using a Likert scale, while data analysis method used is quantitative data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. Reseach has been done provide results that variabel of salary influence the performance of employee positively and significant. Variable insentif and benefit environment also influence the performance of employee positively and significant. Salary, insentif and benefit simultaneously has significant influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indoesia Unit Unorganic Loan. Salary environment has more impact that insentif and benefit. Keywords: Salaries, Incentives,Benefit, Employee Performance Beberapa Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja seorang karyawan diantaranya gaji, insentif dan benefit. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari faktor- faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Unit Unorganic Loan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Unit Unorganic Loan yang berjumlah 50 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan pengamatan, wawancara, studi pustaka dan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan memberikan hasil bahwa variabel gaji memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel insentif, benefit juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disamping itu ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dari karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Unit Unorganic Loan. Gaji memberikan pengaruh yang lebih dominan bila dibandingkan dengan insentif dan benefit. Kata Kunci: Gaji, Insentif, Benefit, Kinerja Karyawan
