Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity. Leverage and Profitability Company Values in the mining sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2018. In this study there are 4 variables used, namely the value of the company which is promoted by price to book value as the dependent variable while CR, DER, and ROA as the independent variables. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling and obtained 16 mining companies as samples. The analytical method used is panel data regression through eviews 9 program. In this study, the result of a more precise model is the Common effect. This study proves that liquidity, profitability has no significant effect on firm value, leverage has a significant effect on firm value, while leverage has a significant effect on firm value. Keywords: Price to Book Value, Current Ratio, Debt to Book Ratio, Return on Asset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada sub sektor Pertambangan Batu Bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 4 variabel yang digunakan yaitu nilai perusahaan yang diproposikan Price to Book Value sebagai variabel dependen sedangkan CR, DER dan ROA sebagai variabel independen. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dan diperoleh 16 perusahaan pertambangan sebagai sampel. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel melalui program Eviews 9. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil model yang lebih tepat adalah Common Effect. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Likuiditas dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Price to Book Value, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset
