Abstract
PENGARUH QUALITY OF WORK LIFE TERHADAP INTENSI TURNOVER PADA KARYAWAN PT. X ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Quality of Work Life dengan Intensi Turnover pada karyawan PT X. Dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 251 Orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk Quality of Work Life sebanyak 35 aitem berdasarkan 8 aspek Walton (Angelia, 2013) Sedangkan Intensi turnover dengan jumlah 3 item yang mengacu pada aspek Mobley (Wulandari, 2017). Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, Analisis data menggunakan Regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan Qualitas of Work Life terhadap Intensi Turnover. Kata kunci: Quality of Work Life, Intensi Turnover EFFECT OF QUALITY OF WORK LIFE ON TURNOVER INTENCE IN EMPLOYEES PT. X ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence the Quality of Work Life with Intention Turnover on employees of PT X. In this study amounted to 251 people. Measuring tool used for Quality of Work Life is 35 item based on eight Walton’s aspect (Angelia, 2013) Setting Intention turnover with 3 item referring to Mobley aspect (Wulandari, 2017). Method in this research is quantitative method, Data analysis using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of Quality of Work Life on Intensity of Turnover. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Turnover Intention
