Abstract

This paper is structured in order to determine the effect of compensasion, working environment on the motivation and the effects on performance teachers in labschool of Cibubur. The research method that being used is a quantitative with simple linear regression and path analysis. The environment and population of research are 60 teachers labschool of Cibubur. The research result, compensation and workplace significant to motivate teachers labschool of Cibubur. Compensation, working environment and motivation influences teacher performance. Compensation influential direct against on performance. Working environment influential better about performance once the motivation also be improved. Increasing the affected by the compensation directly, the non physical and motivation intrinsic. Keywords: compensation, workplace, motivation and performance Tesis ini disusun untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru di Labschool Cibubur. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana serta analisis jalur. Lingkungan dan populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 60 guru Labschool Cibubur. Hasil penelitan ini, Kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi guru Labschool Cibubur. Kompensasi, Lingkungan kerja serta motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Labschool Cibubur. Kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh lebih baik terhadap kinerja jika variabel motivasi juga ditingkatkan. Peningkatan kinerja dipengaruhi oleh dimensi kompensasi langsung, lingkungan non fisik dan motivasi intrinsik. Kata kunci: kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan kinerja
