Abstract

This study examines the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance division Institutional Strengthening and Institutional PT. Surveyor Indonesia. This study uses primary data from observation and questionnaires. A questionnaire using a Likert scale of five intervals from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The population of employees in the Division of Institutions and Institutional Strengthening is numbered 180 employees by the number of samples is calculated by the formula slovin at 5% confidence level of 124 employees.The method used is descriptive and using simple random sampling to determine the number of samples. This study aimed to examine the effect of variable compensation and variable work motivation on performance variables. From the analysis of the data found that compensation has positive and significant impact on performance, motivation also has positive and significant impact on performance. Keywords : Compensation, Motivation, Performance Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi Penguatan Institusi, dan Kelembagaan di PT. Surveyor Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari kuisioner dan observasi. Kuesioner menggunakan skala likert lima interval dari sangat tidak setuju sampai dengan sangat setuju. Populasi karyawan di Divisi Penguatan Institusi dan Kelembagaan adalah berjumlah 180 karyawan dengan jumlah sampel yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin pada tingkat kepercayaan 5% sebesar 124 karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan menggunakan Simple Random Sampling untuk menentukan jumlah sampel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh variabel kompensasi dan variabel motivasi kerja terhadap variabel kinerja. Dari hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
