Abstract
Organizational climate and good compensation to result in increased job satisfaction is important because it can affect productivity and ultimately improve the quality of health services. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational climate and compensation to employee satisfaction RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangungkusumo. This research is a quantitative with descriptive analytic design, population of all employees KMKF a number of 407 people, while the sampling technique with probability that is simple random sampling with formula slovin so found 100 respondents were used as a sample employee. The method of analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed 22.5%, employee job satisfaction influenced perceived together (simultaneously) and significant by Organizational Climate and compensation, and still there is the influence of other factors of 77.5% were not examined. Partially Organizational climate has a significant effect on employee satisfaction, while compensation does not significantly affect the job satisfaction of employees. Keywords : organizational climate, compensation, job satisfaction Iklim organisasi dan kompensasi yang baik akan berdampak pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja yang merupakan hal penting karena dapat mempengaruhi produktifitas kerja dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangungkusumo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik, populasi seluruh pegawai KMKF berjumlah 407 orang, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan probability yaitu simple random sampling dengan rumus slovin sehingga ditemukan 100 responden pegawai yang dijadikan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 22,5%, mempersepsikan Kepuasan Kerja pegawai dipengaruhi secara bersama-sama (simultan) dan signifikan oleh Iklim Organisasi dan kompensasi dan masih ada pengaruh dari faktor-faktor lain sebesar 77,5% yang tidak diteliti. Secara parsial iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, sedangkan kompensasi tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pegawai.
