Abstract

GVA Indonesia provides outstanding performance for last 3 years. This company performed double digit growth every year (use year-to-year comparation). This outstanding growth should be come from the contribution from company operational performance and also product quality. Supply chain department being highlighted to be dig more to see the implication. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of supply chain integration to company operation performance and product quality. At the same time, this research try to find out the effect of operational performance of the company to product quality. In order to test the hypothesis, this research use 40 questioner from company employee who have enough knowledge and understanding about supply chain, operational performance, and product quality. Analyzing process was processed by Structural Equation Model with LISREL 8.1 software. From the result of the analysis, all processes have fulfilled criteria so that can be told this model competent to be used. Based on the result of the research, we found that theoretical implication found that this company, supply chain integration affected positively to operational performance and affected product quality of the company. While there is no significant affect from operational performance to product quality. Keywords: Supply chain integration, operational performance, and product quality GVA Indonesia menunjukkan kinerja bisnis yang luar biasa dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Perusahaan ini tumbuh lebih dari dua digit setiap tahunnya jika dilakukan perbandingan dengan tahun sebelumnya (year-to-year comparation). Pertumbuhan yang luar biasa ini tentunya tidak lepas dari peran kinerja operasional dan kualitas produk yang baik pula. Untuk menguji hipotesis-hipotesis tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menyebarkan 40 kuesioner yang menjadi sampel adalah karyawan perusahaan yang memiliki hubungan pekerjaan dan pengetahuan mengenai supply chain, kinerja operasional, dan kualitas produk perusahaan. Data-data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan alat analisis SEM dari LISREL 8.1 untuk menguji hubungan kausalitas dari hipotesis-hipotesis tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil implikasi teoritis bahwa penelitian ini memberi justifikasi tambahan bahwa untuk jenis bidang usaha perusahaan ini kualitas produk dipengaruhi secara positif oleh integrasi supply chain, tetapi tidak dipengaruhi secara postiif oleh kinerja operasional, dimana integrasi supply chain mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan adalah untuk memberikan perhatian lebih pada integrasi supply chain yang sangat berpengaruh pada kinerja operasional perusahaan dalam rangka menjaga kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Beberapa keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini dapat ditemukan pada akhir bahasan pada penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Integrasi supply chain, kinerja operasional, dan kualitas produk perusahaan
