Abstract
Application of Law No. 4/2009 on mineral and coal have an impact on the declining productivity of the mining company, so that led to the company issuing policies and actions that have an impact on employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of GCG implementation, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Antam (Persero) Tbk. The study design is quantitative correlational study and causal comparative. The population were all employees of PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk who worked in the central office as many as 432 people. Sampling technique is stratified random sampling, using a nomogram Harry King. The number of samples is 20% of the population, as many as 86 people from supervisors, managers, department heads, section heads, area heads and employees entering retirement preparation. The results showed that the implementation of GCG, motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially have significant influence on employee performance. The results showed that the implementation of GCG has the most dominant influence on employee performance. Keywords: GCG implementation, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance. Penerapan Undang-Undang Nomor 4/2009 tentang minerba berdampak kepada menurunnya produktivitas, sehingga menyebabkan perusahaan mengeluarkan kebijakan dan tindakan yang berdampak kepada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi GCG, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk. Desain penelitian kuantitaf korelasional serta kausal komparatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk yang bekerja di kantor pusat sebanyak 432 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling, dengan menggunakan Nomogram Harry King. Jumlah sampel berdasarkan Nomogram Harry King adalah sebesar 20% dari populasi sebanyak 86 orang yang berasal dari supervisor, manajer, kepala departemen, kepala seksi, kepala area dan karyawan yang memasuki persiapan pensiun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi GCG, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial implementasi GCG, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel implementasi GCG menjadi variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan diantara variabel lainnya. Kata kunci: implementasi GCG, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan.
