Abstract

Today the growth of the environmental performance of each Government is developing very dynamically, it will need an effective management system, in the sense can easily change or adapt and can accommodation any changes that occur with minimum cost. This study aimed to determine the effect of competence, organizational commitment and work of life on employee performance marine and fisheries department Bali is either partially or together and to determine which of the factors affecting the performance of employees. This study is explained and descriptive where data obtained by spreading to the respondent of 89 respondents and the population in the object of this study were employees of the Department of Marine and Fisheries of Bali Province. The author formulates the problem Does Competence, Organizational Commitment and work of life affect on Employee Performance Marine and Fisheries Agency of Bali Province. The hypothesis is that there is a significant correlation between competence, commitment and work of life to the performance. Keywords: Performance, Organizational Commitment and Competence Work of Life Dewasa ini pertumbuhan kinerja disetiap lingkungan Pemerintahan berkembang sangat dinamis, sangat diperlukan adanya sistem managemen yang efektif, dalam arti dapat dengan mudah berubah atau menyesuaikan diri dan dapat mengakomodasikan setiap perubahan yang terjadi dengan biaya yang seminimal mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan work of life terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas kelautan dan perikanan provinsi bali baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama sama dan untuk mengetahui faktor manakah yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bersifat menjelaskan dan deskriptif dimana data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kepada responden sebanyak 89 responden dan populasi dalam objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Bali. Penulis merumuskan permasalahan Apakah Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasi dan work of life mempengaruhi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Bali. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat yang signifikan antara Kompetensi, Komitmen serta work of life terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Kompetensi Komitmen Organisasi dan Work of Life
