Abstract

PERENCANAAN OPTIMASI POLA TATA TANAM DAERAH IRIGASI KABUPATEN SOLOK SUMATERA BARAT Deri Ferdina, 41118310062, Tahun 2019, Dosen Pembimbing Acep Hidayat, ST, MT, Program Studi Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Mercubuana Jakarta. ABSTRAK Perencanaan Jaringan irigasi Kabupaten Solok yang memiliki luas lahan irigasi sebesar 3738 ha. Saluran induk tersebar dibeberapa daerah yaitu 43 Saluran Irigasi, 17 Bendungan, 7 Waduk dan 2 danau yang masih berfungsi di Kabupaten Solok. Angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Solok masih cukup tinggi yaitu mencapai 27.487%. Dengan demikian, untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Kabupaten Solok salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan adalah meningkatkan usaha pada sektor pertanian dengan cara merencanakan optimasi pola tatanam pada sector pertanian. Data meliputi data sekunder data curah hujan 10 tahun dari Kayu Aro, Metodologi Maritim Teluk Bayur, Geofisika Padang Panjang dan klimatologi 10 tahun dari Stasiun Klimatologi Kayu Aro. Metode perhitungan yang digunakan adalah Intensitas curah hujan metode Theissen, Evapotranspirasi metode Penman modifikasi, Debit andalan metode DR.FJ Mock, Pola tata tanam, dan Kebutuhan air irigasi. Dilakukan perhitungan 12 alternatif pola tata tanam dengan jenis variates tanaman yang berbeda dan rencana awal masa tanam yang berbeda dengan melakukan perbandingan dengan faktor debit andalan (Q80) yang ada. Didapat bahwa pola tanam sangat memungkinkan selalu memakai pola tata tanam PADI-PADI-PALAWIJA. Pola tanam didapat yang paling efisien dan optimal adalah Pola tata tanam alternatif 7 berupa PADI-PADI-JAGUNG dengan besar kebutuhan air irigasi pada petak tersier (NFR petak tersier) berkisar 0 – 1,546 ltr/dt/ha dengan maksimum 1,546 ltr/dt/ha pada bulan September II, sedangkan kebutuhan air irigasi di intake (DR intake) berkisar 0 – 2,378 ltr dt/ha dengan maksimum 2,378 ltr/dt/ha pada bulan September II. Debit andalan yang tersedia pada Perencanaan Jaringan Irigasi Pauh Tinggi sangat melimpah dengan debit andalan (Q80) untuk irigasi, di dapat debit andalan (Q80) maksimum terjadi pada bulan April I dengan 10,482 ltr/dt/ha dan minimum pada bulan Desember II dengan 3,930 ltr/dt/ha. Berdasarkan hasil debit andalan diatas dapat dinyatakan bahwa neraca air / kesetimbangan air antara debit andalan Q80 dan kebutuhan air irigasi mengalami surplus yang besar. ABSTRACT Planning of the Solok Regency irrigation network which has an area of irrigation of 3738 ha. The main canals are spread in several areas, namely 43 Irrigation Channels, 17 Dams, 7 Reservoirs and 2 lakes which are still functioning in Solok Regency. The poverty rate in Solok Regency is still quite high, reaching 27,487%. Thus, to improve the economy of the people of Solok Regency, one of the efforts that can be done is to increase business in the agricultural sector by planning optimization patterns in the agricultural sector. The data includes secondary data on 10-year rainfall data from Kayu Aro, Bayur Maritime Bay Methodology, Padang Panjang Geophysics and 10-year climatology from Kayu Aro Climatology Station. The calculation method used is the intensity of theissen rainfall method, Evapotranspiration of the modified Penman method, the mainstay discharge of the DR.FJ Mock method, cropping patterns, and irrigation water requirements. 12 alternative cropping patterns were calculated with different types of plant variants and different plans for the initial planting period by comparing with the existing discharge factor (Q80). It was found that the cropping pattern was very possible always using the PADI-PADI-PALAWIJA cropping pattern. The most efficient and optimal planting pattern obtained is Alternative 7 cropping patterns in the form of PADI-PADICORN with large irrigation water requirements in tertiary plots (NFR tertiary plots) ranging from 0 - 1,546 ltr / dt / ha with a maximum of 1,546 ltr / sec / ha in September II, while the need for irrigation water in the intake (DR intake) ranged from 0 to 2,378 ltr sec / ha with a maximum of 2,378 ltr / sec / ha in September II. The mainstay discharge available in the Pauh Tinggi Irrigation Network Planning is very abundant with the mainstay discharge (Q80) for irrigation, the mainstay discharge (Q80) maximum occurs in April I with 10.482 ltr / sec / ha and the minimum in December II with 3,930 ltr / sec / ha. Based on the mainstay discharge results above it can be stated that the water balance / water balance between the mainstay discharge Q80 and the need for irrigation water experienced a large surplus.
