Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul: Analisa Daya Dukung Pondasi Bored Pile Pada Proyek Transpark Cibubur, Nama: Arif Sanjaya, Nim: 41118310047, Dosen Pembimbing Resi Aseanto, S.T., M.T., 2020. Pondasi adalah suatu konstruksi yang meneruskan beban dari struktur atas dan meneruskannya ke dalam tanah dibawahnya. Pondasi khusunya bored pile sekarang menjadi pilihan dalam pengerjaan struktur pada daerah yang sudah padat penduduknya dan gedung tinggi. Tujuan studi ini untuk menghitung dan membandingkan daya dukung pondasi bored pile berdasarkan data N-SPT dengan metode O’Neil & Reese, dan Reese & Wright, sedangkan dari data Loading test dengan melakukan interpretasi metode Davisson dan metode Mazurkiewicz. Dari hasil perhitungan daya dukung pondasi bored pile pada proyek transpark cibubur area tower, penulis melakukan perhitungan berdasarkan data N-SPT, rata-rata daya dukung ultimit pondasi dengan perhitungan O’neil & Reese sebesar 1211,61 ton, Reese & Wright sebesar 1235,02 ton. Sedangkan Interpretasi Loading test metode Marzukiewicz sebesar 1267.00 ton dan metode Davisson sebesar 850,40 ton. Daya dukung hasil PDA test didapatkan sebesar 121,72 ton. Dari perhitungan yang dilakukan daya dukung pondasi berturut-turut dari yang terkecil adalah metode Davisson, metode O’neil & Reese, metode PDA test, metode Reese & Wright, dan terakhir metode Mazurkiewicz. ABSRACT Title: Analysis of Carrying Capacity of the Bored Pile Foundation in Cibubur Transpark Project, Name: Arif Sanjaya, Nim: 41118310047, Adviser Lecturer Resi Aseanto, S.T., M.T, 2020. The foundation is a construction that continues the burden of the upper structure and passes it on to the soil below it. The foundation bored pile now is an option in the construction of structures in areas that are already densely populated and tall buildings. The purpose of this study is to calculate and compare the carrying capacity of the bored pile foundation based on N-SPT data with O'Neil & Reese methods, and Reese & Wright methods, while from the Loading test data by interpreting the Davisson method and the Mazurkiewicz method. From the results carrying capacity bored pile foundation in the Cibubur Transpark Project, the calculated based on N-SPT data, the average carrying capacity of the foundation with O'neil & Reese's calculation is 1211.61 tons, Reese & Wright is 1235, 02 tons. While the Interpretation of Loading test Marzukiewicz method is 1267.00 tons and Davisson method is 850.40 tons. Carrying capacity of PDA test results is 121.72 tons. From the calculations carrying capacity of the foundation smallest is the Davisson method, O'neil & Reese method, PDA test method, Reese & Wright method, and finally the Mazurkiewicz method.
