Abstract
This research is conducted to identify whether there is influence between compensation and career development partially or simultaneously on employee’s performance. The subjects of this research are employee’s of PT Angkasa Pura Solusi, which are 67 people. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regressions. The results showed that there are influences of compensation to employee’s performance significantly, there are influences of the career development to employee’s performance significantly, and there are influences of compensation and the career development altogether to employee’s performances at PT Angkasa Pura Solusi. It is recommended to the management of PT Angkasa Pura Solusi to relate compensation system to the relationship between sacrifice (input) and output, the higher the sacrifice the higher compensation is, so that the things to count is the sacrifice needed in a job position. The company should design some career development program to encourage the employees regarding the career management. Keywords : compensation, career development, employee’s performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara kompensasi dan Pengembangan karir secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun yang menjadi Subjek penelitan pada penelitian ini adalah para karyawan PT Angkasa Pura Solusi sejumlah 67 orang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara signifikan, terdapat pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan secara signifikan, dan terdapat pengaruh antara kompensasi dan pengembangan karir secara bersama-sama secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Angkasa Pura Solusi. Disarankan kepada manajemen PT Angkasa Pura Solusi agar dalam sistem Kompensasi harus terkait pada adanya hubungan antara pengorbanan (input) dengan (output), makin tinggi pengorbanan semakin tinggi Kompensasi yang diharapkan, sehingga yang harus dinilai adalah pengorbanannya yang diperlukan oleh suatu jabatan. Pihak Perusahaan merancang beberapa program pengembangan karir untuk mendorong karyawan dalam hal manajemen karir. Kata kunci : kompensasi, pengembangan karir, kinerja karyawan
