Abstract
This study aims to find out about the effect of job satisfaction and commitment to performance Organisasional on Religious Affairs Office of Depok. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the method of data collection through literature study, questionnaires and study data on government agencies. Total population of all Civil Servants (PNS), which amounted to 85 people and using sampling techniques Saturated (Census). In this study, to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination, and to see the strength of the relationship between dimensions using correlation. From the data processing is known that job satisfaction is positive and significant impact on performance, organizational commitment and significant positive effect on performance. also known jointly job satisfaction and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on performance. Key word : job satisfaction, organizational commitment, performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh kepuasankerja dan komitmenOrganisasional terhadap kinerja pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, kuesioner dan studi data pada Instansi pemerintah. Jumlah populasi dari semua Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang berjumlah 85 orang danmenggunakanteknik sampling Jenuh (Sensus). Dalam penelitian ini, untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi, dan untuk melihat kuat lemahnya hubungan antar dimensi menggunakan uji korelasi. Dari hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa kepuasankerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, komitmenorganisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. juga diketahui secara bersama-sama kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci : Kepuasan kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, Kinerja
