Abstract

ABSTRAK Sungai Cisanggarung adalah sungai di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Sungai ini berhulu di selatan Waduk Darma, Desa Cageur, Kecamatan Darma. Kabupaten Kuningan dan bermuara ke Laut Jawa. Sungai ini melintasi Kabupaten Kuningan dan Kabupaten Cirebon di Provinsi Jawa Barat dan Kabupaten Brebes di Provinsi Jawa tengah. Dalam Penelitian ini akan membahas besarnya debit banjir tahunan yang kemungkinan terjadi di Daerah Aliran Sungai Cisanggarungdari data hujan di setiap stasiun pencatat hujan terdekat. Hal ini bertujuan agar pengendalian banjir di wilayah tersebut lebih pasti dan akurat. Dari data hujan stasiun selama 13 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2005-2017, bisa dilakukan analisis banjir tahunan yang di sebabkan oleh hujan harian, hujan 2 harian dan hujan bulanan maksimum tahunan. Debit banjir dengan periode ulang 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, th akan dibandingkan dengan debit banjir 2 tahunan dan debit banjir bulanan. Sehingga akan lebih memudahkan untuk melakukan sosialisai terhadap resiko terjadinya banjir bagi penduduk yang tinggal di wilayah Babakan Losari Lor yang dilewati oleh sungai Cisanggarung. Dari hasil analisis dan perhitungan pola distribusi hujan di Daerah Aliran Sungai Cisanggarung mengikuti pola distribusi hujan Log Person Type III. Hasil perhitungan debit banjir Periode ulang sebagai berikut : Q2= 181,518 m3 /dt, Q5 = 242,498 m3 /dt, Q10 = 283,109 m3 /dt, Q20 = 316,534 m3 /dt, Q50 = 373,369 m3 /dt, Q100 = 412,425 m3 /dt, Q200 = 452,013 m3 /dt, Q1000 = 546,683 m3 /dt dengan menggunakan metode Nakayasu. Potensi banjir tahunan berdasarkan hujan 2 harian maksimum tahunan pada tahun 2005, 2007, 2009-2010, 2015, 2009-2017 berpotensi banjir Q2. Tahun 2012 berpotensi banjir Q5. Tahun 2017 berpotensi banjir Q10. Potensi banjir bulanan berdasarkan hujan 2 harian maksimum bulanan pada kurun analisis tahun 2005-2007, bulan Januari-April dan November berpotensi banjir Q2. Bulan Desember berpotensi banjir Q10. Kata kunci : Banjir, Debit banjir, Daerah Aliran Sungai, Periode Ulang, Sungai Cisanggarung ABSTRACT Cisanggarung River, a river in West Java Province, often experiences flooding. This study aims to discuss the magnitude of annual flood discharge that may occur in the Cisanggarung watershed. Rain data at each station in the Cisanggarung watershed from 2005 to 2017 were analyzed using descriptive-quantitative methods. Return period flood discharge 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50 years were compared to 2-yearly and monthly flood discharge. The results showed that the data followed the Log-Pearson Type III distribution. The return period flood discharge is: Q2= 181.518 m3 /s, Q5 = 242.498 m3 /s, Q10 = 283.109 m3 /s, Q20 = 316.534 m3 /s, Q50 = 373.369 m3 /s, Q100 = 412.425 m3 /s, Q200 = 452.013 m3 /s, dan Q1000 = 546.683 m3 /s by using the Nakayasu method. Based on the 2 annual maximum daily rains, 2005, 2007, 2009-2010, 2015, 2009-2017 has the potential to flood Q2, 2012 has the potential to flood Q5, and 2017 has the potential to flood Q10. According to maximum 2-daily monthly rainfall, in 2005-2007, January-April and November have the potential to flood Q2. December has the potential to flood Q10.
