Abstract

Kebijakan dividen merupakan keputusan apakah laba yang diperoleh perusahaan saat akhir tahun akan dibagikan kepada pemegang saham sebagai dividen atau laba tersebut akan ditahan untuk menambah modal guna pembiayaan investasi di masa yang akan datang. Berdasarkan data dari Bursa Efek Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa pembagian dividen pada tahun 2016-2019 mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan. Berbagai macam kendala bisa dihadapi oleh perusahaan sehingga mengalami ketidakstabilan dalam melakukan pembayaran dividen kepada para pemegang saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Rasio Aktivitas Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen Sektor Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016 -2019. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang di peroleh dari Laporan Keuangan Tahun Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesi selama 4 periode dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Sampel yang diperoleh untuk penelitian ini ada 8 Perusahaan dengan kurun waktu 2016 – 2019 dan dihubungkan dengan 4 variabel, yaitu : 3 Variabel Independen : Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Rasio Aktivitas dan 1 Variabel Dependen : Kebijakan Dividen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian asumsi klasik dan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, Likuiditas (CR) berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen dan Rasio Aktivitas (TATO) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Rasio Aktivitas dan Kebijakan Dividen Dividend policy is a decision whether the profits earned by the company at the end of the year will be distributed to shareholders as dividends or the profits will be retained to increase investment financing capital in the future. Based on data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, it shows that the distribution of dividends in 2016-2019 has increased and decreased. Various kinds of obstacles can be faced by the company so that it experiences instability in paying dividends to shareholders. This aims of the study are to analyze the influence of Profitabilitas, Liquidity and Activities Ratio on Dividend Policy in Property and Real Estate that were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2019. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Financial Statements of Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 4 periods from 2016 to 2017. The sample for this study there are eight companies with period 2016-2019 and associated with the four variables : Three Independent variables : Profitability, Liquidity and Activities Ratio and one Dependent variables : Dividen Policy. The data analysis method used is of multiple linear regression data analysis testing classical assumption test, and using t test and F test. The results showed that Profitability (ROA) had no effect on Dividend Policy, Liquidity (CR) had no effect on Dividend Policy and Activity Ratio (TATO) had no effect on Dividend Policy.
