Abstract
Generaly, job performance influenced by individual and environmental factors. Individual factors includ intellegential quotiont and emotional quotiont, while environmental factors among other thing job description, otority, work target, communication style, connecting work, work climate, carrier opportunity and work fasility (Mangkunegara, 2003). This research had done from January 2007 until March 2007 with aims for to know infact point and dominant factor of job performance on Forestry and Estate Service of Banten Province. The sampling methode used Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling with 78 samples from 105 functionaries. For to analysis data was used Multy Linier Regresion Function with Statistical Product and Service Solution program (SPSS). Base on the analysis result, can be conclused as below : 1. According to simultan way, intellegential quotiont, emotional quotiont, spiritual quotiont, job, otority, work target, communication style, connecting work, work climate, carrier opportunity and work facility have significant influence to job perfomance. 2. By phartial methode, emotional quotiont, spiritual quotiont, job, otority, work target, communication style, connecting work and work climate have significant influence to job perfomance. 3. By phartial methode, intellegential quotiont, carrier opportunity and work facility have not significant influence to job perfomance. 4. Dominant factor which have significant influence to job performance on Forestry and Estate Service of Banten Province is otority variable. 5. There is one independent variable with negative value in coefficien regresion and have not significant influence to job perfomance, this is work facility.
